Zaptok is intended for lawful use with public content. Clarware Studio respects the rights of creators and other rights holders and reviews sufficiently detailed copyright concerns.

Before You Submit a Request

Identify the copyrighted work, explain your relationship to the rights holder, and provide the public URL connected with your concern. Zaptok does not host a public library of user posts, so precise links help us review the relevant workflow.

What to Include

Send your full name, organization if applicable, contact email, identification of the copyrighted work, the relevant URL, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, and a statement that your report is accurate. If you are acting for someone else, describe your authority to do so.

Where to Send It

Email copyright requests to support@clarwarestudio.com with the subject line Copyright Takedown Request. We may ask for clarification when a report is incomplete or does not identify the material clearly enough.

Counter Notices and Mistakes

If you believe a restriction or removal resulted from a mistake, contact the same address with the relevant URL, a clear explanation, and any information supporting your position. Do not submit false reports.

Creator Rights

Public visibility does not remove copyright. Users remain responsible for obtaining permission before republishing, monetizing, modifying, or distributing material that they do not own.
